Apartments have reverse cycle air conditioning for your use. Please make sure that all windows and doors are closed for its effective use. Please also turn off when leaving the apartment for any length of time.
Health Department regulations do not allow pets in the holiday apartments.
If you wish to extend your stay, please check with Reception for availability and relevant charges.
We understand that accidents do happen. Please inform Reception so we can rectify the problem as soon as possible. Any unreported breakages or damage will be charged at double the normal rate.
A regular bus service is provided by Surfside Bus Lines. The two closest bus stops are located 200m north, towards “Lands End” or at Burrows St outside Royal Pacific. The frequency of service is approx. every 20 minutes. For further details check out www.jp.translink.com.au
Should you wish to hire a vehicle, Reception can assist with arrangements.
The car park is located beneath the building. Please park in the allocated spot that matches your unit number. Street parking is available at the front of the building. Car Registration must be given at check in. Any unauthorised cars parked in the wrong space will be towed and charges resulting will be charged to the offender.
Departure time is 10.00am unless previously arranged with Reception. If you have late travel connections, you are welcome to store your luggage in Reception and use the facilities of the Resort.
If you plan to leave before 8:00am, please settle your account before close of trade the previous day.
If you are staying with us for 10 nights or more, you are entitled to a mid –week service. This consists of fresh bed linen, towels & vacuuming. Replacement sets of towels can be provided on request for $20.00.
On departure, if your apartment is left in an unsatisfactory condition that it requires extra cleaning an additional charge from $80 will apply. You are requested to remove rubbish, & tend to the dishes. This can be as simple as stacking the dishwasher & turning it on before check-out.
You will find complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar, detergent, toilet paper etc. in your apartment on arrival. These items are NOT resupplied during your stay; Supermarkets and convenience stores are located nearby.
We accept Eftpos (0.5%), Mastercard & Visa (1.5%) & AMEX (3.0%). No cheques.
Due to the sensitivity of our smoke detectors please turn on the range hood extraction fan while cooking. It is also advisable to leave laundry doors open while using the dryer. Guests are also requested not to burn incense or other like substances because smoke from these items will activate detectors.
In the event of a fire alarm during your stay please evacuate the building using the fire stairs. Do not use the lifts. Fire evacuation procedures are shown on the back of the entry door to your apartment.
Fire alarms and Fire Department call outs are expensive, so care should be taken when cooking within an apartment. A fine of up to $2000 may be imposed by the fire department.
Beach towels may be hired for the length of your stay at $5 per towel. Cots & Rollaway Beds $35 per night. Tennis racquets & balls $7 for a set. Please contact Reception for details.
All units are individually owned, so any items missing or mixed up with other units will be charged to your account on departure. Therefore, families dining in other units please make sure you bring the items back that belong to your unit.
You will require your room key for access throughout the building and car park. Lost keys will incur a $200 charge. OTIS will charge $439 to retrieve keys from lift well between 8:00am & 5:00pm, higher charges after hours.
If you are expecting mail, please inform Reception. Any incoming mail that is received for a guest will be held at Reception.
Please remember the other guests and keep noise at an appropriate level. When returning at night please take extra care not to disturb others, particularly after 10:00pm. We have a strict NO PARTY POLICY.
The rooftop heated pool, heated spa and BBQ entertainment area are located on the rooftop and accessed via the stairwell from level 6. This area is open for guests to use between the hours of 7:00am to 10:00pm.
No glassware is permitted in the pool or spa areas and food or drink should not be consumed while using the pool, spa or gymnasium.
When using the BBQ please ensure you clean it afterward for the next person to enjoy.
Gymnasium & Games room are located in the basement level
Tennis equipment available at Reception.
Please dispose of any rubbish you have throughout your stay. All garbage must be wrapped and sealed. You will find rubbish chutes on all levels adjacent the exit door to the stairway (south-east corner). The rubbish bins are located at the entrance of the basement garage.
The yellow-topped bin is for recyclable materials only. General waste goes in the black-topped bin.
Please keep your front door locked at all times. If you are leaving the apartment, it is suggested you close the doors and windows, as the Gold Coast can have strong wind gusts and afternoon storms. Please do not leave items on the balcony as they will be blown off in strong winds. Please do not leave valuables or cash in your apartment.

2. Runaway Bay Shopping Centre – 5 mins drive north. Corner Bayview Street and Lae Drive, Runaway Bay.
3. Harbour Town Shopping Centre – factory outlets. Corner Brisbane Road and Oxley Drive, Biggera Waters.
Queensland Government regulations do not allow smoking in any of the common areas of the building e.g. stairwells, garage, pool or garden areas. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in your apartment. All butts must be disposed of properly. A $350 deodorising charge will apply if you smoke inside your apartment.
Most rooms have a spa override switch located in the lounge room behind the couch.
An external company provides WIFI - an easy setup procedure can be done from the comfort of your own room. You also have multi device access. Get your password from the page provided by FIICOM
